The Deep Creek Lake area offers more than 3,000 acres of beautiful land to explore, and what better way to travel than by snowmobile?

Like many winter activities at Deep Creek Lake, snowmobiling is a fun and exhilarating sport that you can enjoy with a large group of your friends and family. Take a guided snowmobile tour with the Wisp Resort to learn everything you need to know about snowmobile riding and how to experience the ride to the fullest!

The tour times vary from a thirty-minute tour to a fifteen-minute tour, with an additional fee for a child passenger. While snowmobile riding at Deep Creek Lake is one of the most thrilling winter activities, there are a couple safety guidelines to keep in mind.

Drivers must be 16 years of age and have a valid drivers license to operate a snowmobile during the tour. And everything is better with a partner, right? So don’t drive solo, take a copilot to experience the thrill ride with you! There is a two-person (one adult and one child) limit on each snowmobile, due to weight restrictions. These few guidelines are intended to help you experience a fun and exciting ride, while staying safe.
