Deep Creek Lake Fall Foliage Update

Deep Creek Lake Fall Foliage Update

The air is turning a bit colder at Deep Creek Lake, and as a result the leaves are beginning to change.  The bright greens of summer are starting to fade, and have given way to a few scattered flecks of pale yellow, orange and red.  The trees below are on the mountainside at McHenry cove. There are also a few trees which have turned bright red – this photo was taken at the corner of Sang Run and Marsh Hill Road just behind our office. Stay tuned – we’ll keep you updated as the leaves continue to change!
