This property was perfect for our group, having three bedrooms/3 baths was wonderful. It was nicely decorated for the season, and the interior felt as cozy as home. The property itself was located close to everything so we didn't have to drive far for hiking, shopping or dining. The view of the lake and the mountains was just spectacular this time of year.

You can’t beat the location and water views. Just some furniture needs replaced- sofa and chairs in living room hard to get out of. Side tables in master and dresser need replaced- kind of old. Really weak water pressure but all those townhomes have that problem.

The view of the home was very good. The home was clean, and we had such a great time, however, when you first enter the home, there is a weird smell maybe because of the carpet? Also, the basement pull-out beds were making excessive squeaky noise when you move.

It’s hard to find a smaller, affordable rental for just two. Mountain View #3 fit the bill. Comfortable, clean, good location, the right size, great view. Railey service was impeccable too.

Serenity At It's Best

We were looking for a place to de-stress. This was the perfect place for the three of us to do this. Mountain View came with a relaxing view of the water, hilltops and evening cool breezes. This townhouse unit was very well appointed with kitchen utensils, dish soap, paper towels, lovely bedrooms, with three bathrooms. This property was located close to many amenities. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Our concerns about this property were minor but relevant. There were a number of scattered rugs that the legal person in our group felt was a significant trip risk. The deck furniture upstairs and downstairs was not clean. The bugs made it impossible to enjoy the deck to it's fullest. There were a few spider webs inside the house. The unit does not have Air Conditioning but many properties in Deep Creek do not. Our visit was the third week in May and the daytime temperature averaged between 75-81 degrees. Nights were cool. One day, after returning from a hiking trip, our thermostat registered 80 degrees. Opening windows help cool the house down. Keep this in mind when planning a trip to Deep Creek. This is an outstanding property and we all agree that we would definitely stay here again.

-beautiful view and convenient location (4 min drive to most places) -comfortable and cozy, kids enjoyed playground next door and skipping rocks since it’s steps from lake - cleaning crew seemed to miss a few places (cobwebs on window, dirty shower liner, cobwebs under bed) - dishwasher heat setting wasn’t working fully(dishes were still wet) Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend, especially if above issues are taken care of.

Great family getaway

The views were stunning in this house. the property was great with access to a big yard with a swing set for the little one, as well as the dock. The pictures did not disappoint. Having a fire outside at night was the best and inside on cold mornings made the week. Afternoon cocktails on the upper deck made our day. Love having 3 beds with baths! Great location, close to everything. Made the drives to Oakland really easy and quick stops to the store. Walked to Arcade and Black Bear Tavern. plus close to Boat rental locations. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook every night. Also loved having a proper dining table for family meals. Couple of tips: Double check the flue on fireplace, instructions are a little confusing. The basement bathroom fan is very loud. The day bed in basement could use some updating, it squeaks at every movement. The basement couch is pretty much unusable with the cushions not being able to be pushed into the couch. Water pressure through out the house was very low. Overall we loved this place for the week, would definitely rent again.

Great weekend! Everything was provided and we were very comfortable. Even with a 22 month grandson, he had a lot of space to run around. The swing set was a nice touch! We would rent again

Couch was comfortable. Appliances were new and up to date. Beds were made—a nice touch. Table and chairs on balcony was great. New docks a plus. No bathroom on main floor. Walk to docks too long and too steep. Overall. 4 out of 5 stars

We loved staying in this townhouse. The unit and location were both perfect. The dock and lake area were great for kayaking, boating and swimming. Our whole family agrees we should make it a yearly tradition. Would definitely want to rent here again.
