At the end of your adventurous day, return to the balcony of Sunplace #30 to enjoy the stunning view of the sun setting over the lake, or take some time to relax in the oversized jetted bathtub. Then, settle in for a marathon of your favorite movies and TV shows on one of the home’s 3 Smart TVs. On colder evenings, gather around the fireplace and chat the night away with your friends and family. No matter how you relax, Sunplace #30 is sure to please. Book your stay today!

Community Indoor Pool Hours: Memorial Day - Labor Day 10:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. daily.
Other seasons open Fri./Sat. 10:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m., Closed Mon. - Thurs.
No alcohol, food, or smoking in pool area. All furniture stays inside the pool building. Please follow all posted rules.
This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Could not believe how close it was to Wisp Mountain. 2 minutes, door to door. Loved the space to spread out after a long day of skiing and tubing, and the triple bunk bed was a hit for the kids.
