Dirty, messy, not what was expected for the price. Very disappointed. Should not have walked into a mess, bloody sheets, chairs thrown all over the yard, pots on and pot holders on the deck, dirty linens in the master closet, candy and food wrappers on the deck and by the fire pit, broken chairs, outdoor glass table on its side, filthy outdoor tables and other things. This was very expensive and they did not clean from the previous guests. I stay in Deep Creek regularly and this was by far the worst experience. No one should walk into that, even if it's an unexpensive place to stay.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us with your feedback, Thomas, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. Our Railey staff strives for a 5-star clean with each stay, however, we are only human and sometimes we do miss our mark. We will be sure to reach out to our housekeeping and property management department to see where the miscommunication and severe lapse in cleaning occurred. However in the future, please do not hesitate to call our office and we will quickly send out a housekeeper to remedy any issue. We will also be sure to pass along this information to the homeowners to make them aware of the situation. Again we sincerely apologize, and I hope that you'll allow us to host your group again in the future. I'm confident we can prove ourselves a favored vacation spot if given another chance! Very beautiful place to stay, we had nice time there. Definite need some furniture improvement! Very outdated (80s). Sound system was CD and was not working. The pool was nice. Hot tub was an additional fun. Showers didn’t have good water pressure and need to be changed , we had to wait for long time for hot water. Nice equipped kitchen. Overall beautiful place to stay for family vacation but need improvement!!

Loved the house but the name was misleading. The trees block the view of the lake. Our family had a great time swimming indoors, playing pool and pingpong.

The name is a little misleading, so make sure you read the entire description. Thier is no view when the leaves are on the trees. The yard is not large enough for any yard games. BUT!!! The house was perfect for our large family gathering! We had bad weather, but had a great time playing pool, ping pong and swimming in the indoor pool!! The beds were very comfy!!

Large house, able to handle 10 adults with 4 small children easily. The pool and the hot tub were a plus. We love having 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers/sinks and ovens. That made our week much easier.. There was a crock pot in the house. The blender & food processor were not functional. Beds were comfortable, clean. We loved having a deck that was only accessible from the house (no steps)…kept children corralled. Great outside furniture for hanging out or eating meals . We had some maintenance issues that were taken care of right away. Pool guys came everyday…they were friendly & efficient. The house is comfortable, but furniture is older. Not fancy, if that is what you are looking for.

Great house with lots to do within the house and on the lake. House needs a new dining room table and chairs. They are not safe. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. The outdoor area needs to be cleaned before guest arrive.

Great view!! However, house is in dire need of furniture and furnishings facelift. Couches, bedding, beds, etc. must be replaced! Not worth the money.

The house is very cozy and spacious. We had a party of 11 and there was more than enough space to function and move about freely. There are a few suggestions that I have. First, Invest in some modern decor. The house feels very 80ish and needs quite a few upgrades as suggested in the following list:Light fixturesBathroom fixturesDining room table and chairsBedding Side chairsWindow treatments Fresh coat of Benjamin Moore paint (revere pewter)Overall the house had everything we needed, but it’s 2021 and the house, as compared to others, should look like 2021.

Spent the week at Awesome View last week and I must say, it was one of the best winter weeks we have had at the lake in a long time! Finally, the snow cooperated with us! The house itself was great for our huge family and fit us all perfectly! They even made a sled run on the hill next to the house and had so much fun on it all week long. As for Railey, I can't say enough for them. Typically always so friendly when you call, and Ashley especially, has always bent over backward to see that all of my questions are answered and always so very helpful. Can't wait for our summer trip to come!

needs a nice facelift, and replacing kitchen appliances, and new bed frames and mattresses.

We had previously stayed in this house approximately 8 years ago. We were very disappointed to see nothing had been updated. For the rental price of the house, it was very outdated in appearance.
