Tucked away in the trees, this cozy cabin is the perfect spot for your family and friends to escape the day-to-day. Sip your favorite coffee on the top deck surrounded by the sounds of Deep Creek nature. While you’re there, throw something delicious on the grill and enjoy breakfast together at the outdoor dining table. For those with a competitive side, Quittin’ Time boasts lawn games and a classic Pac-Man cabinet arcade that are sure to entertain guests of all ages. Take a drive to the lake for a day of swimming and sunbathing or curl up in front of the fireplace for a movie marathon. When the inevitable s’mores craving arises, head to the fire pit for an evening of snacks and storytelling. However you choose to spend your days at Quittin’ Time, work will be the furthest thing from your mind! Book your stay today!

Quittin’ Time was a magical cabin. We loved every moment of our stay. It was clean and new, felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. The hot tub was extremely clean. The firepit was nicely set up. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds and we even had a family of deer come by daily to eat the fallen apples out of the tree. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. We were sad to leave! One other thing, our propane tank on the grill was empty and when we reached out for a new one they took care of it immediately. Very pleased and will book again!

We went for a few day "get away" as a couple. Upon arriving there we instantly felt relaxed. The beautiful surroundings. Great view of the mountain and lake. We spent most of the time on the porch. There is a nice breeze on it day and night. Place was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the fire pit one evening. A few days was not enough!

Absolutely amazing.. super clean, quiet and well cared for. The little touches were noticed from the carved entry door to the outside games provided. We appreciated having quality appliances & even upgraded dining ware for indoor dining and picnic palates/cups for outdoor dining. We appreciated the booklet that had area attractions and dining available. This is our new yearly getaway destination

This brand new cabin is fantastic and super-comfortable. We were so thrilled with the private location atop a hill, featuring a bit of lake view. Secluded save for construction on the next home over during weekday hours, yet super-close to all the Rte 219 stores and restaurants. Well-situated to get to everything there is to do in the DCL area and beyond. Wonderful fire pit out back and definitely room to stretch your legs. There are critters at night which might traverse the property like deer and the occasional fox, which makes it more fun! The home is SO new it’s not going to show up on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps or aerial view so you need to follow the signage once you’re in the Fair Gate cabins area until you reach your quiet bliss cabin. Photos in the listing are spot-on - yes the console video game downstairs is legit and has a variety of options beyond PacMan (Galaga, anyone?!) Smart TVs on both levels & strong wifi so you can cast from your device and binge if needed. There’s a gas fireplace on the upper floor by the bed. Full baths upstairs and down. Water pressure and hot water are good; no sulfur smell=bonus! The layout is such that it’s great for two couples or a family of four - bear in mind the bedrooms on each level are only separated by partial walls from the living spaces so you need to be comfortable with your companions :) Well-stocked kitchen in terms of dinnerware but don’t expect spices or lots of specialized cookware. We like to eat locally vs cooking but if you’re doing the home gourmet thing, suggest check with the property mgmt re: specific needs. The mgmt company requires you complete additional forms to reserve, however it’s fair stuff and the group is always responsive if needed. Totally a five-star stay. We really loved it here and hated to leave! (Reviewed on Airbnb)

This place was amazing! We spent 2 nights away from the city for my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The location was convenient to all the local attractions and necessities. The views were amazing from all over the property. From the moment we walked into the cabin, we knew we were gonna to have a great time. The place was spotless and the owners truly thought of everything. I mean everything! The decor, the amenities, and the layout are perfect. We are already planning to return to make more memories. While there, we saw all kinds of wildlife, sat by the fire pit, grilled a perfect steak and burger, and for the first time in a long while we RELAXED!! I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our weekend at “Quittin Time.”
