⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "We spent a week at Windy Acres on Herrington Manor Road. The cabin was very nice, obviously well cared for by the owners and the Railey team. It's well away from the crowds at DCL, but just a short drive from downtown Oakland. The seclusion is the attraction, along with the proximity to both Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls state parks. The interior of the cabin is distinctly outdoors, with mounts displayed on all walls, and a river stone fireplace soaring from hearth to the vaulted ceiling. The master suite features a beautiful bath, with a walk-in tile shower and soaking tub. All-in-all, a really nice cabin in a very private and serene setting.
