This area might be further away from the heart of Deep Creek Lake, but that doesn't mean it is any less incredible. If you're a mountain lover, then this is the perfect place for you! The mountain views here are absolutely breathtaking all year round. You don't have to worry about any neighbors here either, other than Garrett County's local wildlife. If you are looking to head into town or wanted to hit the slopes at Wisp in the winter, McHenry is about a 10 minute drive from here. Words cannot describe the beauty of the area out along Route 42 - you'll just have to come see it for yourself!
