After our original rental fell through with only two weeks until our arrival, I found this house through Railey. It had what we needed and was at a discount for August. While unassuming from the outside, this house was very clean and comfortable, with an updated interior and a beautiful lake view. We do a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was the nicest of any rental I've stayed at. The upstairs den was perfect for reading, watching a movie, and relaxing on a rainy evening. We were out on the dock every day paddleboarding, fishing, and enjoying the lake. Nights were spent at the fire pit. We were very lucky to find this house. We love Deep Creek Lake and are so happy that Paradise Gathering helped provide great memories for our family

The house itself was huge with all the comforts of home and then some. You get a nice back deck with a great view of Deep Creek . The heating and air conditioning systems work great! (Had to use both as it was in upper 70s in the day and it got down to the low 50s at night) The shopping area is right down the street so if you happened to forget anything you can quickly go pick it up. House is easy to find and has plenty of parking. House has a TV in every room and inside the table there are boardgames in case you get stuck inside due to rain. I’d definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for our two families and we would definitely stay here again! It has a fabulous view of the lake. We really enjoyed eating out on the deck, using the brand new hot tub, relaxing on the dock, and s'mores around the fire pit. The house has been recently been renovated with very nice finishes. We loved the farmhouse sink and the showers had great water pressure!! Note, if you have young children there is no bath tub. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans in the kitchen. This house is on a quiet part of the lake with good fishing. The boat traffic runs on the other side of the lake. The house is super convenient to shops and restaurants. - only a 3 minute drive. We saw lots of wildlife in the field across the street from the house -including a bear, deer, and a wood chuck. We had a wonderful stay!
