DESCRIPTION:
Is there anything better than Paradise Point? Let all your worries wash away the moment you walk through the door of this sprawling lakefront estate- only fun, sun, and total relaxation are welcome here! Looking to come together to create treasured new memories? Paradise Point has it covered with open living spaces for the whole crew! Or, maybe you need a moment or two to getaway and unwind? No problem- the home has plenty of private settings for that, too. If fun and games are what you’re craving, challenge a family member or friend to a game of pool or foosball located in the lower level den/game area. Maybe even take a walk along the private shoreline or pal around under the shade of the trees! No matter what time of year, you can step outside on the expansive deck and overlook the beautiful lake. The home even has an attached sun room with wraparound windows and a stone fireplace to bring you the beauty of the outdoors all year long. 


*This ranch style home has a handicap bathroom with roll in shower, roll in under sink, safety bars, door that opens into large bedroom suite, wheel chair access through front door and access ramp from living room to deck, paved driveway for access to level lakefront yard to the dock, easy access, weather permitting, to lower spacious level for foosball and pool table.

This property comes with private lake access and a private dock slip located on the property. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Beautiful home on the lake

My family enjoyed our vacation in this home. Location on the lake is simply Beautiful. Waking up to the view was for me one of the highlights. Chipmucks running around. Mother ducks with their babies coming to take a rest on the banks of the lake in back of the house. The shade of the trees as wonder later part of the day. I wish I had a free stand hammock to enjoy the breeze off the lake in the shade of the big trees. The children jumped right into the lake. Make sure you have water shoes because of the Rocky bottom. Park your boat right on the floating dock. Fish off it. The hot tub was a plus. 😊 totally no minus to it. Beautiful sunroom. One of my favorite rooms. The wrap around deck was wonderful. Big downstairs. Pool table was played with all week. Fire pit to cook marshmallows awesome. I am so glad I picked this home to take my grandchildren to make a memory to last forever

Little Piece Of Heaven

We lost our rental three weeks before our vacation, my family and I can not thank you enough for catering to our needs to rent your house. We vacationed seven years at Deep Creek with our children and this year we got to experience it through the eyes of our Grandchildren. Your house was a perfect fit! Paradise Point is a perfect name for this location. The view was amazing, the house has comfortable for all eight adults and four children. If you want to experience the true feeling for Deep Creek rent this property! It has it all, from the large deck which we used for entertainment every day, the breathtaking view, the private dock we used for our boat and the huge basement for game night. If you have children the castle is a bonus. Another feature it offered is a large flat yard and access to the water for the kids to swim and for kayaking. Your house by far was our favorite place to stay. We cant wait to return. Thank you Again :)

This property was amazing! The view of the lake was so incredible from everywhere in the house and on the huge deck. Easy access to the dock made it possible for my 82 year old dad to fish every day. The house had everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave.

The external part of the house and the point on the lake is incredible and beautiful. But I do not believe that no one else has complained about the inside of the home. There is also no way that the house actually accommodates the number listed on the website in any reasonably comfortable manner. As I've said in my emails, the price point is too high for this house.

I apologize that you felt the stay was not up to your standard, Andrianna. I do want to clarify that this home does comfortably accommodate 14 people as advertised. There are 2 queen beds which sleep 2 people each, 1 full bed which sleeps 2 people, a duo bunk bed which sleeps 3 people, a twin bunk which sleeps 2 people, a twin which sleeps 1, and a queen sleeper sofa which sleeps 2. This brings the total to 14. If you feel there was something within the home that negatively impacted your stay, please feel free to contact us to discuss this so we may take those recommendations into consideration to improve things for future guests.
