This is 2nd time we rented this home. The home was warm & inviting, as you come in the door, you can see the lake out back. The home is spacious with 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. We love that our family of 5 can really spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies & utensils. We bring our Instant pot & Burkey water filter with us & there is a good amount of counter space for everything. We enjoyed going out each morning, drinking our coffee & watching the activity on the lake (ducks, geese, boaters, etc). It was great weather all week (except Thursday's storm) & were able to sleep with windows open. We swam in lake & in the pool in community building, as well as used sauna & hot tub. We appreciate having access to that! This home is located in perfect spot & every where we went was close by. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great great house and location. We had a wonderful time! We took advantage of the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The house needs some updating but worked well for our group. I would rent it again!

Very nice, well equipped, and spacious! Love the layout and amenities. We enjoyed our stay and recommend renting ... very nice lake front property. My only comment would be perhaps some updating is needed. No issues with this propery, everything worked and would love to rent it in the future!

Had an awesome time. Perfect location. KIds loved the pool and hot tub. Played pickleball and tennis. Place was clean. Could use some updating, wallpaper coming off in bathrooms. Would definiely stay again.

Upon arrival, the leasing office made us aware that the key cars for the pool was missing. They had already contacted the owner and had a plan in place so that we would have access to amenities right from the start. Much to our surprise, the owner drove out that evening (3 hours away) to remedy the situation. We were close to everything and loved being right in the lake for kayaking, paddle boarding, cups of coffee on the shore in the morning, and lazy afternoons. The community hot tub was great after a busy day in the water and the indoor pool was perfect for bad weather days. A great time was had by all five of us.

We did not have a good experience staying at this home for the price we paid. Home was not cleaned and very outdated except the kitchen appliances. This owner doesn't take pride in the home, and it shows throughout including outside.

Overall love the location; nice that the lawn is not steep to the lake, and that piers close-by and we can watch that our boat isn't tampered with. We were unhappy about the boat slip situation. We almost didn't get a spot, but two of the slips were marked with lines (units 24 and 28) but were left empty the entire time.

You will have a hard time finding lakefront property for this price. The giant lawn for kids to play and the deck for sunset dinners along with easy access to the docks makes this a perfect affordable family getaway!

With the higher heat and humidity just being at the home in evening and overnight was uncomfortable even with the fans, home does not have air conditioning. Everything else about the home was great!
