Great house, lots of space, well appointed except for not enough pillows! We were not told of the construction going on next door, not too bad because we were inside most of the time. Would have not been so pleasant in the summer. Great family time!

Beautiful/clean house. Short drive to top of wisp parking lot. Definitely take note of recommended 4wheel drive car/suv during winter…bunch of small hills (get icy/slippery) to get to house/driveway. Saw a few sedans struggling to get up hill after freezing rain/snow

Appalachian Rose is a beautiful property. The house provides plenty of space for guests so you never feel crowded or on top of each other. Especially enjoyed the gas stove and tankless water heater (endless hot water!!) We loved the peacefulness of the North Camp neighborhood. While there, the area received 21” of snow and never once did we have challenges getting out of the neighborhood. There was continuous plowing throughout the week. We did have some unforeseen challenges with the gas on arrival, but maintenance was very quick to resolve the issue once identified so our vacation could get back on track. Highly recommend not only this property but Railey Vacations. Will definitely be renting with them again.

The kitchen is well-stocked but there are some necessary repairs. Nothing major, but for the money invested it needs a few repairs for sure.
