If you’re looking to run away to the lake and get lost in the expansive rooms, decks, patios, and views of your next vacation, then we have the property for you with Beary Fine Resort! Guests step inside this brand new home and are greeted with the great room’s sweeping vaulted ceilings, large stone fireplace with flat screen TV, and all new plush leather furnishings. Located in the quiet Waterfront Greens Community, this home provides walk-out access to the community’s par-3 golf course–just grab your clubs and stroll on out to play a few rounds at no additional cost to you! For those looking to wander a bit further, the sandy shores of Deep Creek Lake State Park, the Honi Honi Bar and lots of favorite restaurants are just a short drive away! Book your stay today–the lake life is calling!

The house was one of the nicest we have stayed at while in Deep Creek. It was very clean, well furnished, the pool and pool area was the best. The yard area was wonderful to play with the family. We were not disappointed at all.

This house was perfect for my family. We enjoyed everything it had to offer. I personally loved sitting on the back deck overlooking the golf course watching my family golf. The grandkids loved the pool, fishing at the pond, kayaking on the lake. The community was filled with morning walkers and runners; some with their four-legged family members too. I could ho on and on. Beary Fine Resort lived up yo my whole family's expectations. We hope to visit it again!

Very nice kitchen and family room! Kids bedroom with 2 double bunkbeds was a joy, and having lower level king bedrooms for the parents was nice mostly because we had 6 kids under 8 years old. Indoor pool was great, and very impressed to see a pool maintenence person every 2 days. Kitchen was very well stocked with mote than enough glassware, dishes, utensils and kitchen supplies, and we had 13 in the house and cooked dinner every night. A wonderful home!

Beary Fine Resort was by far our favorite stay in the Deep Creek area to date! It was clean and very inviting for entertainment and relaxation. There was plenty to do for children ranging from 8 to 16 with the indoor pool, hot tub, pool table and dart board. The pool water was too cold upon our arrival but maintenance adjusted the temperature to a comfortable level within 24 hours. We would absolutely book again.

Our winter weekend away at this gorgeous retreat will be one we remember. Who cared that a foot of snow was falling outside our picture windows? We had a cozy fire, a pool table, a well appointed kitchen and, wait for it, indoor pool. There was plenty of room for the three generations who gathered here. We'll be back. I hope, soon. I have to add this: Even with all that snow we weren't really snowbound. The Railey team was at our house plowing the driveway and making sure we could drive away. Thanks to them, their snow plows and shovel!

Our stay at Beary Fine was wonderful! We had 4 little boys ages 4-8 who had the best time swimming in the pool and playing in the snow. The house was perfect for our family of 12. We highly recommend Beary Fine Resort for a family vacation any time of the year!

We had a wonderful time as always and love this house. This is our third or fourth time renting this place. The maintenance staff was great and stopped by to turn up the pool a little bit for us. Always have fun on the golf course and we will be renting this house again in the future.

Nice rental property. Comfortable for our group of 7 and one dog. Nice kitchen and living room and sun deck. Within a short drive to stores for soda and ice. In close proximity to state parks, wooded trails, and waterfalls. Potential renters need to check with the owners regarding the BBQ grills before arriving to ensure that they are clean and ready to use. Overall, it was a little pricey, but we had an enjoyable and safe trip.

Very impressed with the rental property. Spacious and many nice amenities. Unfortunately the gas oven in the kitchen and the gas grill on the upper deck were very greasy and grimy and took a lot of work to clean and make usable.

This house was perfect for our family. The home had baby items provided including a baby gate, high chair, and baby spoons. The home also has a special access point for the pool so no kids could accidentally enter the pool room. With the hot tub, indoor pool, and pool table our teenagers were entertained as well. The home was so perfect we barely went to the lake!

We had 13 people staying at the Beary Fine Resort. Ten adults, 3 children and a dog. The facility was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. The kids loved the indoor pool and the adults enjoyed the hot top. There was plenty of room to spread out and all the rooms were well furnished. We were there to celebrate family birthdays (3) and this house was perfect for that. The two ovens made it easy to cook for this crew. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a get-a-way with a large group. we will certainly be going back.

This house was amazing. The decor was just as it appears in the pictures. It was the perfect place for my family to gather to celebrate my dads 75th birthday. There was so much space. All of us could be separated as much as we needed to and then be on top of each other when we wanted to as well. All of us had a great time. Would definitely rent here again.

Awesome large house with plenty of room for 3 families. Pool is great and the house is decorated awesome. Great winter escape with the sledding hill, indoor pool and super close to the lake.

This property is great for family! The artwork and furnishings, all the way down to the lamps are beautiful! And the beds...the beds are the most comfortable of any house I have ever been in! Even more comfortable than my own! Would most definitely recommend this property!

We had the best time! The house was fantastic so clean and beautifully decorated. One of the Best parts was the indoor pool and hot tub. Having an indoor pool at our fingertips is very cool. Definitely recommend and will be staying here again! Thanks for everything! (Reviewed on Airbnb)

Great large family gathering for snow

Enough space for a large family gathering. We had grandchildren ages 2 through 11 and they all found something inside to do when not playing in the snow. The kitchen had enough basic pans/pots/tools to create meals. We had our instapot which filled any gap. Great having 2 ovens. Plenty of eating spots for 14 people. Would bring blankets next time. The pool is heated but staff has access only so adults felt it was a tad chilly but didn’t bother kids. Door to pool has an alarm so if a child was able to open the door, the occupants inside knew it which was a great peace of mind. A gate guard was up for stairs to keep little ones out. Only 1 refrigerator and grocery store nearby. Overall, we’d rent again.

We were already thinking of a good week to return back to this house before we even checked out! Everything about our stay was beyond expectations. The home is gorgeous, impeccably clean and offers a ton of activities for kids as well as adults! There are some pretty breath taking views from the peaceful deck and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the members/guest par-3 golf course just steps from our back patio. Stop reading this review and BOOK YOUR STAY!!! We were so grateful for this getaway!

We loved staying at Beary Fine Resort. The house is beautiful and we loved the amenities. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and making smores around the fire pit. The TVs are smart Tvs so you can login to your favorite apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) The cleaning crew did an excellent job - everything was immaculate when we arrived. Railey was pleasant and easy to book with - They answered my questions when I called and sent out an electrician immediately when we had an issue with the lights. Highly recommend this home and Railey!

This house was just what the doctor ordered. We needed a break from our own 4 walls and this was it. The house was very clean and brand new (2020?). The pool was on the cooler side but when we called, someone came and turned it up as it was below the quoted temp. The Kitchen is equipped with lots of kitchen appliances and gadgets that worked well for our trip. The outside firepit did need fire wood but was perfect for 2 nights of smores on cold evenings. Walking down to the lake was also great. We will definitely rent again.

Beary Fine Resort is a great house! We were just a family of four splurging for an indoor pool so we had way more room than we needed. The house could easily accommodate another family of 4-6 people. The pool was a little chilly for me but the kids enjoyed it. The beds are fun - every room has beds that are 3 feet off the ground so that might be difficult for little kids or the elderly. We loved the neighborhood, golfed and fished multiple times even though we only stayed 3 days.
