ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access and dock slip are located at the Harbor Community Association Docks about a half mile from the home. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday (it was a surprise)! We could have not loved our stay more! The cabin was perfectly cozy and close to all of our activities (horseback riding, breweries etc.) We loved relaxing in the hot tub and watching Stranger Things by the fireplace. We will definitely stay here again and plan to recommend to all our friends!

The owner removed the accommodation from availability two days before our trip. We never saw or got to use the place. We learned that he showed it to perspective buyers during the week we were supposed to be renting.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the last-minute cancellation of your booking Cindy. As a host, we understand the importance of providing a seamless experience for our guests. However we do not have control over the choice of the homeowners when selling the home. My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here, this cottage is so adorable and cozy. We loved everything about it! This was definitely a much needed vacation to just relax, we couldn't leave the hot tub! Thank you so much for everything it was absolutely perfect!

North Glade Cottage was wonderful, beautifully decorated with updated appliances. The TV in the bedroom will not connect to WIFI, states it needs to be updated via thumb drive.

The home is beautifully appointed and in good repair. Modern amenities, a Keurig, and an open floor plan were all very nice touches. However, the heating unit is a wall unit in the living area and, therefore, does not adequately heat the bedroom or the bathroom. In fact, the bathroom was freezing! I can't believe I didn't read any reviews on this prior to staying. It would be really nice if extra blankets were provided for cold nights or, in instances like we had, power outages. There wasn't a single blanket in the home, aside from a thin bedspread on the bed. Additionally, a flashlight, candle or some source of light would have been helpful when the power was out. We searched high and low for a flashlight, but there wasn't one to be found, unfortunately. On our last night, the temps dropped below 20 degrees and the heater was inefficient to heat the house. We had maintenance come out and, lucky for us, they brought space heaters to keep us warm during the night. Definitely recommend bringing your own blankets and a pair of slippers!

The cottage was super cute and in a beautiful location. Do wish the fireplace was real, as it is a real chimney and the heat around the best didn’t work that well. Everything seemed to be very new, the loft was even made into a game area which was absolutely adorable. We really enjoyed our stay, and loved the location. This was a last minute trip for us but ended up being the perfect little cottage for that we wanted. Main concern was the hot tub, after they cleaned it on Friday it seemed the PH levels were off and my s/o ended up with an itchy rash on his body. Thursday night it was fine, come Friday there was way too much soapy bubbles and then it stopped heating up as fast as usual. Took over five hours to go up six degrees when it was working perfectly fine the day before.

We will be sure to have out hot tub department go out to the home and make any necessary repair to the amenity to ensure it is working for future rentals. We came up to North Glade Cottage as a mini honeymoon and it fit our expectations perfectly. The decor is beautiful and so comforting. The hottub was perfect for the chilly mornings and evenings. I only wish we could stay longer.

Cottage was perfect! We did a last minute getaway for my birthday and found this by chance! Loved the decor of every room! Gas fireplace and t)3 hot tub were just what we needed. The kitchen had everything. The only suggestion would be to bring a blanket if you will be there in the winter months! It should be noted it is in a neighborhood with houses very close by so it could get noisy. We had sight lines to the lake but wasn’t sure if we had access to walk down to any particular part in the neighborhood. Not a deal breaker at all!
