This property comes with private lake access and a private dock located on the property. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. 

Please Note: To access this home’s dock, you must pass under the State Park Bridge, which, due to height restrictions, is considered impassible by any vessel with a tower or Bimini top. Access with your own vessel is at your own risk; pontoon boats are not recommended. Due to this restriction, please note marinas in the area will not rent boats to this address as all of their vessels have a tower or Bimini top.

The main level of the house was uninhabitable due to lack of insulation. The main level living room was left untouched because it was too cold, even with the fireplace running. The main level primary suite was so cold we purchased a space heater- even then, it was too cold. We called twice for maintenance and someone came by once to check, but nothing changed.The rest of the house was great and as pictured. We probably would've given 5 stars if we visited in warm weather, but unfortunately our ski trip was stymied by the frigid first floor.
