Access to the DC Highlands Community Associations amenities, including use of the community pool, pavilion, restrooms, tennis/pickle-ball court, basketball court, and playground.

Community Outdoor Swimming Pool: Open Father's Day Weekend - Labor Day, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Awesome location and the property looks as unique as it is in the pictures. Sunrise is on the window side and waking up and enjoying the coffee on the uppermost balcony is a treat!

Hey y’all! Wanted to write a longer review because we had a lot of questions coming into the booking and thought it might be helpful. The house is beautiful. The location is great. The house is spacious and was super comfortable for 8 adults, a toddler and an infant. There’s a lot of communication from the host company leading up to the trip - I was a super host for a long time, so I think I prefer fewer check-ins, but they provided all the info you needed. As far as paper products, there provide a decent amount of it as well as little dish washes and laundry detergent which was a nice surprise. There’s plenty of blankets, towels etc. so don’t worry about having to pack extra. I think our only challenge was communication at times. Like I mentioned, I think the home is represented by a company so you don’t get the level of reaponsiveness that I’m used from booking with super hosts. Just be consistent with follow-up if you ever need anything. Otherwise it was really lovely!
