Nestled among the trees, Camp CAJAR stands as a spacious and meticulously designed rental that welcomes families, groups of friends, and anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The large open concept main level is great for entertaining and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the culinary expert in the group. Step onto the large deck to breathe in the fresh mountain air as you sip your morning coffee and gaze out at the filtered lake views. On bright sunny summer days, the deck is also the perfect place to catch a tan and soak in the sun. Located along Lake Shore Drive, Camp CAJAR is close to all the action that Deep Creek has to offer. Just minutes from fantastic restaurants, a myriad of activities on and off the water, and the four-season Wisp Resort, you’ll never run out of things to do! Hop in the boat to spend the day on the water or curl up in the screen porch for a day of relaxation. No matter how you spend your days, in the evenings gather around the fire pit for campfire stories and s’mores or enjoy a soak in the bubbling hot tub (coming soon!). On rainy days, gather in the lower level for a gaming day with a shuffleboard table, a multi-cade game table, and dartboard, or gather in the main level living room for a movie night in front of the stunning stone fireplace. This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Camp CAJAR was a great house. We traveled with my family which included 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 8. The kids loved the arcade game in the basement and the slide off of the deck. The house was very clean and I would highly recommend it!

Great times had by all! Several families took part in the festivities. Grilling, boating, swimming, bonfires, even had a bear sighting in the driveway on 8/13! Camp CAJAR is the ideal place to make memories that we will be talking about for years to come! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Excellent and spacious. Camp Cajar is a great place for a group vacation. In addition to the Deep Creek surroundings, the house provides indoor amenities for periods when the weather is unfavorable. We would certainly rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay! They were very responsive to the one issue we reached out about. The air conditioning was a bit of a challenge during our stay in a particularly hot week, if running it cool enough for the main floor and third floor bedrooms the basement rooms were freezing. If the basement rooms were comfortable then the upstairs rooms were too hot. But overall we loved the style and location of the house. Would definitely return.
