Chalet by the Lake is rich with decadence! This charming chalet delights with its spectacular array of perks, amenities, and little luxuries throughout the home. With three large bedrooms and an open floor plan, this layout is utterly ideal for intimate gatherings with close friends and family. The large stone fireplace provides a romantic touch and the grand windows and towering ceilings give the home a bright and breezy feel, setting the perfect tone for your Deep Creek Lake vacation. But perhaps most spectacular? The location! Situated in the prestigious Lake Pointe community, this home could not be better suited for fun- the home’s lake access is short stroll away and all the four-season fun of the Wisp Resort is just across the street! Come every season to explore all there is to do at Chalet by the Lake!


ACCESS DETAILS:
Approximately .2 miles to Wisp Lodge Ticket Window with access to all slopes. Distance includes walk out of community, across Marsh Hill Road and through Wisp parking area. Slope availability does vary throughout the season. View Wisp Resort trail map here. Lake Access is found at the common access point in the northeast corner of the development. This is located across from our property Rapture. All other areas in the Lake Pointe Community are prohibited.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

The house was clean, lots of room for 4 adults and 3 kids, and is centrally located. Close to the outdoors, shops, minigolf etc. The house had everything we needed and more than expected. Overall a great place for a summer getaway. Tgank you.

Chalet by the lake is a beautiful, spacious home. It was exceptionally clean. Great location. Literally walking distance from ski lodge. Great location, overall nice property. Areas of improvement- Needs a deep clean, high dusting, and cleaning of floor boards- many spiders and webs, stains on bed sheets in one of the bedrooms. Unsteady/unsafe family room table(safety concern with children) and outdated/stained furnishings. Everything was as advertised and overall nice property, just needs some detailing.

The house was great for two families with three kids and a baby. The home was more spacious than we realized given the square footage. We had a short walk to the common lake access area and beautiful views of the Wisp ski slopes. We had a lovely time and would stay at this home again.

We loved our stay! Chalet By the Lake was clean, and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 small children. It is very centrally located - no more than 10-15 minutes away from great hiking, public beach etc, and right across from Wisp. Hot tub looked brand new and was great. This was our first family trip to Deep Creek - we will be back again!

Home was exactly as described. Great location. Bathrooms could’ve been a little cleaner and some webs in the nooks and crannies of the house needed a deep cleaning. Also could really use some new knives but overall would rent again and would recommend. We had a great time and it was very spacious for 8 guests

Great neighborhood! Loved the house and the dining table that seats ten! Nice large,level yard for corn hole and can jam. The deck with the gas grill was perfect for cooking out,too.

First time vacationing at deep creek lake and we had a lot of fun. So many activities to do and sites to see, especially for small kids. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this house. Everyone in the community was friendly as well.

Everything was description said. We would of liked a more clear understanding of the use and location of the pool. Other than that the location, number of bathrooms to bedrooms was great. No issues with the kitchen and we had no complaints. Thank you

My friends and I have an annual ski /snowboarding trip we do every year . This was our first time staying at Chalet by the Lake and we loved it !!! We loved the spacious feel and the privacy that came with each room . The communal space was amazing and the view of the slopes while eating breakfast. It had the amenities we needed and the best part was that we were right across from the main entrance of wisp ! The pricing of the location was great as well . We loved it were have considering of rebooking for summer of 2019 and our annual ski trip for 2020. Railey Vacation were amazing . They had great communication the entire stay and even before making sure we had everything we needed before hand. Loved our experience and we cannot wait for our next adventure!!!

Weekend get away

Had a great time, despite the rainy weekend. Played games and relaxed in the comfortable chalet. Beautiful view of the mountains thru the wall of windows.
