Everything was perfect except…

I want to say if you don’t choose This property specifically for the pool than you will love it. I paid for my family and the entire group of 17 for a long weekend getaway. The pool was the reason we chose this property because I have a 6 year old autistic son who has been asking me everyday if it’s summer yet so he can go swimming. For the 3 week lead up I’ve been telling him we go to vacation house and you will go swimming! Well we get there and the indoor pool is 60 degrees. No way I could let him in that pool. I call the property management and they assure me the pool guy will be there within the hour. About 4-5 hours later they arrive and he says oh I will look for. Part but not sure it can be fixed. I call property management next morning and he argues with me that the reading of the pool temp where he is says 80 degrees. We tell him it’s not are you calling me a liar. We then tell him the only reason. We chose this place was so our son could go swimming. He can’t ski, he can’t do any of the winter activities. The point to be there for him was that pool. He said I don’t know what you want me to do about that but the pool was working the morning you checked in because the pool guy goes everyday to check. I said your pool guy knew it wasn’t working because that water was ice cold when we arrived. It did not lose temperature that fast. And yet you didn’t say anything prior to our stay or even offer a discount. View was nice and house was clean.

Our family stayed here between Christmas and New Years and we had the best time. Great for big groups! The house was absolutely gorgeous and in a prime location. Everything from the hot tub, lakefront view, amenities, beautiful kitchen and awesome rooms-each with private bath was absolutely amazing! Short drive to Wisp and restaurants. We loved everything about this house and can’t wait to rent again soon-book it now, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, spacious home with absolutely gorgeous snowy lake views… perfect for the holidays!! We enjoyed utilizing the amenities like the hot tub, bumper pool, arcade games etc, and cooking in the beautiful kitchen that opened up to the main area. Great space to hang out for a family of all ages!

The Edgewater Escape house was perfect for our party of 18. The views from all levels of the house are gorgeous! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of glassware, dishes, utensils & pots and pan. Huge refrigerator, 2 dishwashers! & multiple coffee pots (drip and K-cup). Beautiful dining table seats 10 and the living room furniture is comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the pillows fluffy! Great to have private bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. Floors in the bathrooms are slick when wet as are the shower and tub floors. A few handrails would be nice to grab on to or those nonslip strips on the shower/tub floors. House was clean and stocked with a vacuum and broom for those mishaps. Hot tub was great and the pool room had a TV which was great for following a water aerobic video! The door to the pool room has an alarm that goes off when door is opened as a safety feature. Steps getting into the pool are slippery also, so be careful as you get in! There are 2 gas grills that got plenty of use by us! Plenty of parking and close to all the shops and restaurants. Overall the house is great!

Beautiful and calming view of the lake. Love sitting on the back deck to take in the lake views. Nice large kitchen and loved having our own bathroom off the bedroom

Beautiful home with amazing lake views! We loved sitting in the hot tub watching boats go by! The house was big enough for all of us and surprisingly quiet!

This was the best house we ever vacationed at! Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful and so clean. Views were spectacular! Our host was so accommodating and helpful in every way! Highly recommend

This lake house was the most perfect place to stay for my family! It was gorgeous, clean, and had everything you need to stay for a week. The beds were also super comfortable! Felt almost like memory foam. Our dogs were so happy to come along with us on our family vacation! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a Great Lake vacation :)

This rental is breathtaking. The views and amenities are everything you need and more. We made such amazing memories in this house and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Highly recommend!
