Feel free to utilize the workspace area in the main level suite, equipped with dual monitors, to ensure all your work is complete while still being able to enjoy your time away. Unwind after a long day at the lake in the privacy of the hot tub around back or gather around the fire pit for s'mores and good company. On days where you just want to stay inside, head to the lower level for a day of gaming out and relaxing. Play a round of pool or air hockey, watch a movie on the projector screen, or enjoy the 60-in-1 arcade game featuring PacMac, Frogger, Donkey Kong, and so many more classics (and the best part? Lake Access with dock slip is located about 1/2 mile from the home. Please note docks are only guaranteed Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This house was lovely. Everything was exactly as described. The dock was maybe a little further away than we expected, but it was too cold to worry about going down to the water anyway. The neighborhood was wonderful and quiet and peaceful.

Stunning full wall of windows fill this comfortable lake house with light! Bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable, lots of space, easy parking. Close to everything you’d want in Deep Creek and we can’t wait to go back this winter. Reservations already made!

Overall a great house! The one downside for us was that the fenced in portion of the yard isn't accessible from inside the house. We still had to leash our dogs to take them to it and by the time we got them there, it wasn't needed.

Perfect for our friends weekend getaway

Spacious, with lots of natural light. Between the big porch , back deck, fire pit area, the game room, the hot tub, etc., there were plenty of options for a large group, where folks might want to do thier own thing-- but the spaces were big enough, with enough seating, that you could easily have communal time as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment, and the maintenance staff was incredibly responsive when we had a minor issue to report. Nothing but positive things to say, we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a week in early July 2022. Our group of 7 was multi-generational and there was something for everyone in the group. The home was spacious, attractively furnished and well kept. The yard was large enough to allow our 2 dogs room to run. The owners thoughtfully supply a wealth of tables and outside games. The kitchen is well stocked allowing almost any meal to be prepared. We would definitely rent this home again when visiting Deep Creek Lake.

Fun on the Fourth

Spent a long weekend with the family over the 4th of July. Since we planned to do a lot of boating, were very happy with the short distance to the included dock. Accommodations were lovely!

It was a great time. The house was exactly what it looked like online. Everything was in good shape. There were 7 of us, and we all were comfortable no matter where we were. It snowed, which made the scenery absolutely beautiful. Only downfall was we couldn't use the deck, but if we're back in nicer weather, we will definitely being sitting outside. We spent a lot of time in the basement. Put on college basketball in the proojector while taking turns playing pool and air hockey. Overall, it was a fantastic weekend. If I ever venture back out to Deep Creek, that's where I want to stay again.

The location was secluded and quiet but still very close to shopping. It was about 10 minutes from Shop and Save. The home appeared to have new furnishings, dining room table, couches etc. The exterior was well maintained as well. It was cold but the home had a very big front yard for activities during other parts of the year.

We loved staying at this beautiful vacation home! Sitting on the deck, watching the deer run across the yard before sunset, taking in the view, was so peaceful. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and air hockey table, the hot tub, the many TVs, and the various board games. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and charming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at Glen Woods. Very nice dock for our rental boat and area to swim with restrooms near the water. High quality pool table and air hockey table and hot tub. We were too busy to take advantage of access to college fitness center and pool, but we did in years past and that facility is very nice and definite plus for this rental.The long driveway and low traffic road was great for young grandkids bike riding. We used the fire pit outdoors often and it includes seating around it which was nice. This was our best rental so far at Deep Creek.

Boat slip markings

Need marked numbers of boat slips on land and visible from lake, not just when walking across docks. When arriving by boat or car in parking lot, most people pay attention to private property signs. Luckily a worker in the area was able to assist us in finding the dock. Glen Woods was perfect for our family of 12 and dog. By far, this was the best dog friendly rental we have had. Great yard.
