Looking for a private and serene location for your next vacation? Then look no further, Hilltop Haven is the place for you! Located in the Sky Valley Community this modern style cabin is only a few minutes from the many attractions here at DCL while still remotely set in a wooded area, providing exactly what you need for a quiet and calming getaway. Wake up rejuvenated after resting among the foliage in this stylish, cozy cabin, and embrace the calming ambience of the warm wood walls paired with sleek, modern decor. Start the day off with a fresh cup of coffee on the wrap around deck while breathing in the fresh mountain air or bring along your furry friend and take a brisk walk around the quaint community. No matter the season there is plenty to do! In the Winter months pack your snow gear and head to the slopes for a full day of skiing and snowboarding; or grab your sleds and take the kids sledding around the neighborhood. On very cold days, don’t forget to check out the Deep Creek Fun Zone where you can spend the day playing arcade games or laser tag! In the Summer months rent a boat and go sailing across the lake, then dock the boat along one of the many different restaurants located on Route 219. Go out and explore the different hiking trails in the nearby State Parks or make a reservation to spend the day horseback riding through the mountains. After a busy day head back for an evening of relaxation. Fire up the grill for a BBQ style dinner, then go inside and turn on your favorite movie in front of the wood fireplace for a homely evening with the family. On warmer nights build a fire in the outdoor firepit and roast smores while sharing your favorite vacation memory. Hilltop Haven awaits you, come book your stay now!


ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access is located along Piney Point Dr. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis through the Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $15/day or $100/week. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Nice house, a little too far from the lake for us. A few minor issues with some things, nothing major. The hot tub is a nice addition.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin nestled in the woods. The kitchen was a joy to cook in. The deck was spacious and we spent a good amount of time on it. We would definitely consider booking this again in the future.

Clean and comfortable house with spacious layout, nice furnishing, and modern amenities. Perfect for our summer visit to the lake with our 4 teens and family dog. Wifi worked well, kitchen had everything we needed, and the wraparound deck was a huge plus. Check in and check out we’re a breeze with email instructions. Only minor snafu is that the instructions on where to dump trash were confusing but friendly neighbors helped us to locate the trash area across from the pond in the community. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay with dogs. Loved the neighborhood (very friendly) and the house was perfect for the 6 of us. Kitchen well stocked and the deck is perfect. Had a great stay!
