In the winter, be sure to bring your gear to spend you days on the slopes or cross country skiing at the state parks. Lake Access and dock slip are located at the end of Stilwater Drive with a small parking circle and a path down to the lake. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day./p>

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy. /p>

Livin On A Whim was beautifully furnished/decorated and offered every convenience…..especially in the kitchen. There were beautiful lake views and easy dock access. If we return to Deep Creek Lake, Livin On A Whim would be our first choice!

This was the most well equiped rental home we have ever stayed in. From the appliances, to the silverware, and grilling tools, everything was provided. It was amazingly comfortable for our multi generational family vacation. Access to the lake and boat dock made it so easy to enjoy everything lake life has to offer: boating, fishing, jet skiing, swimming, or just relaxing around a firepit, or in the hot tub! The home is just a short drive to parks, restaurants, and more. It is located in a beautiful, private community. We loved our stay at Livin on a Whim. Thank you for allowing us to make family vacation memories in your beautiful home.

The kitchen was awesome! If you love to cook, it has everything you need! The home was very comfortable for our group with a large lawn for games and plenty of seating for eating. We lived to cozy porch with fireplace on a cool night.
