The house was great overall. We weren't able to use the firepit because there was no propane and the driveway was very icey when we arrived. It would've been nice if someone put ice melt down because it was diffcult to park in the driveway.

However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of propane for the firepit. In the future please do not hesitate to call our office and we can have a maintenance tech quickly bring one out, or purchase one at a nearby store, and will reimburse you. Additionally, we regret that you encountered an icy driveway upon your arrival. Beautiful new house. Stayed in winter, warm and super cozy. Beautiful fireplace (gas) operated by remote. Great size kitchen, amazing lake view from the dining room and the deck.
