Located in Timberlake Village, a tranquil community of Duplex Villas. The community enforces Garrett County's noise ordinance and quiet time from 11pm to 8am as required by TVRU's Licensing Ordinance.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Overall it was a pleasant stay however there were minor issues like basement bath had slow water draining, Kitchen sink water draining was slow.. , Patio ceiling can be cleaned. Rest all good and definitely will come again..

The house was spacious, comfortable, and came with a wonderfully private back deck and hot tub. My family and I were really pleased with the layout of the home and the convenience of the location. Some of the drawbacks included unreliable WiFi, squeaky and uncomfortable mattresses in the basement rooms, old flat pillows on a few of the beds (we had to purchase our own), and noticeable repairs that were needed around the house (small holes in the walls, cracked/rusted patio chairs, etc.). Also, the listing didn’t mention that this home is actually a duplex, which feels rather like they were hiding it, and was a disappointment. We were lucky that the other side of the duplex was empty for the majority of our stay as parking was difficult if you had the allowed amount of vehicles in the listing; we had four, our neighbors had three, and it was TIGHT. All in all, we were happy with our stay. Some of our group would stay here again, some would not.

We spent a long weekend at Simply Cozy and had a great time. It has the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms and is more spacious that the pictures reflect. One of our favorite parts was the close proximity to the docks by the Honi Honi. We will definitely rent again!

My group and I had a wonderful time staying at Simply Cozy. The accommodations were great and everything worked properly. The only area that could use some improvement was in the area of dusting. The cabinets in the kitchen had a visible layer of dust and some of the blankets smelled stale. That wouldn't deter us from staying again!

Overall the area of the house was great. Our stay was made the best stuff. However the house is definitely in need of several repairs, there were multiple holes in the walls scuff marks everywhere, several pieces of furniture or broken or missing pieces. And housekeeping doesn’t seem to have touch the walls counters floors and months to years. We ended up having to clean walls and other areas of the home.

This house was spacious, especially for a duplex! It was clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. My family of 13 fit comfortably and had plenty of space to do our own thing when desired. The bedrooms were spacious but still felt very cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and pool table were highlights! This home is about a 10-minute drive to the Wisp Resort and Walmart. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed but nothing that majorly impacted our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here for a weekend with some friends, the home had everything we needed and was DEFINITELY cozy! The kitchen was stocked with supplies, the admin office was easy to contact, and we had plenty of space. Plus, the hot tub was amazing- even in the freezing cold weather! However, we did not realize that this home is actually attached to another home (duplex), and it was pretty hard to find at night time as the GPS signal kept getting lost and it was really dark. However, I would still recommend and definitely return in the future! Thank you for a great stay!

The house was huge equipped with everything that we needed even though we brought extra things everything we needed was already there. We rented the house for my 50th birthday. My children may use of the pool table andthe hot tub daily my grandkids enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, blowing bubbles on balcony we just had an amazing time. We are already thinking about running again next summer for a vacation.

My week at Deep Creek

The house we picked was a perfect fit for our family and friends, spacious and clean. It was modern with all of the conveniences that you would expect. We all had a great time. We were disappointed that the hot tub did not work, but Railey called us the day before our trip to alert us to this problem. Maybe we didn't review the home carefully on the web, but we were surprised this was as duplex. There was no problems with the family in the adjacent residence. We would certainly recommend Railey and this home.

Shower water pressure was not that great. We had a great time at this property. Lots of space. Very clean. Hot tub and fire pit were awesome. I would definitely rent again. Pool table a plus.

My experience at this home was amazing. My family loved the layout of the home. It was truly cozy and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling on the deck while it was snowing. My in-laws loved the place. We did not have to eat out at all because our family loves cooking. The kitchen cabinets were filled with everything you need in a kitchen. Out teens loved the pool table. The closet filled with board games came in handy. We were at the heart of everything. Close to the ski resort, shops and more. We will definitely book again. Well needed break for our family.

What a great family vacation we had in Deep Creek and Simply Cozy was Simply Awesome! Plenty of space for the 14 of us. Loved the back patio and the backyard. Overall fantastic stay! The home was very spacious and fit 10 adults comfortably. Kitchen was stocked with all essential utensils, cookware, pots / pans, etc. Location was great and a quick drive to shops and Wisp ski resort (10 Minutes or so). Hot tub, fireplace, and pool table were a bonus! Took advantage of all. Neighborhood was very charming and safe. I saw the minor scuffs to walls and carpets other people said in reviews, but did not bother me, still felt clean. Only recommendation is the bedding and bed pillows could be updated. (noticed small tears in bedding and no pillow protectors under the pillow cases) Despite that, would definitely recommend and stay again next year!

Great base camp for the Gran Fondo

5 guys shared the property for the Gran Fondo, and had a great experience. The house was very comfortable, and was a great home for before and after the grueling bike ride. Kitchen, grill and, hot tub were all we needed for a great weekend.

It is a fine/lovely home with lots of space. We would stay again. It just needs a few touches to fix light switches, etc., that have been broken, but otherwise a very nice, warm, inviting home. My family and I hand a wonderful time at Christmas, 2017.

There were 11 ladies that came to Deep Creek to celebrate my sister's birthday. There was plenty of space for all of us and the houses amenities were plenty. The property was clean and everything worked properly. My only 'complaint' is that the house numbers--not just for Simply Cozy, but for all homes on the road--are not easy to see during the day from the road and are impossible to see at night as the road is not lit. I drove up at nighttime and could not find the house. I finally called the 24-hour line and within minutes someone came up the road and escorted me to he house. Great service!

Had a great time. The rental was very nice except the carpeting down the steps and in the game room. It was pretty dirty. But, I don't know how you would avoid that with a rental. Nice location and somewhat private with the trees and shrubs. Fire pit was great!
