DESCRIPTION:
Sunny summer days or snowy winter adventures, no matter the reason, Skis and Sandals has you covered. This charming townhome offers a perfect location for those wanting to spend any season at Deep Creek Lake. Grab your skis and head out the back door onto the Down Under trail or pack up your towel, sunscreen, and shades and head down to the community lake access area of the Deep Creek Lake State Park for some fun in the sun. Just a short drive away you’ll find plenty of other activities like go-karts, mini golf, arcades and more! When the day winds down, relax and release your stresses in the warm bubbles of the hot tub while dinner cooks on the grill. Gather in the living room for a movie night or in the lower level for a game of pool or challenge each other for the high score on the Pac Man game. Finish the day curled up in any of the plush beds and enjoy a well deserved rest. You’ll need it to prepare for the adventures that the next day holds! Book your stay today!


ACCESS DETAILS: 
Ski Access is located to the right of the building. Between the two buildings is a sign that indicates the path to the slope "Down Under." Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. COMMUNITY/AREA DETAILS: 
This home is located in the Villages of Wisp Community at Deep Creek Lake.

Please Note: The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Parking spaces are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit. No exceptions. No trailers, RVs, boats, personal water vessels or buses permitted in the designated parking areas. Failure to abide by this rule may result in towing. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Overall clean and tidy. Somethings needed minor repairs but it didn't hinder our stay. The plumbing broke in the one bathroom while someone was showering and water leaked through the ceiling but maintenance responded quickly to stop issue and then came to full repair the next day.

This place was perfect for my family of 7. We couldn’t hear one another throughout the home, so it felt spacious. The rooms were modern and family friendly. I really recommend a vacation here. We had a hot tub issue and they fixed it within minutes. I honestly can’t say what a wonderful vacation this home provided. Book it!

Perfect house for two families to share on a long ski weekend! We loved the proximity to the slopes (ski in/ski out location) and quiet, family neighborhood. The pool table, pac-man and hot tub were great. Would definitely recommend to others and rent this house again for my family.

This was an excellent home for relaxing at the lake in the off season! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to stretch out, including the ability for a college student to escape to work on school. The pool table was a huge hit with the kids (and the parents too)! We used the amenities that drew us to the house in the first place - the hot tub, the gas grill, the pool table, access to the CARC. Overall, it was a great week with lots of memories made, much in thanks to Skis and Sandals!

Home was exactly as presented online! Everything I expected was there, home was clean, nothing was missing. Area was very quiet and enjoyable! I did worry about all the individual AC Units in rooms, but it was very comfortable and pleasant! Definitely recommend!

This was a corporate vacation realtor using the Airbnb platform and it felt like it. Pros: everything went smoothly, nice property, great location Cons: full rental contract, got threatened when I did not see the contract in my spam folder, early checkout/late check in, no personal touches, kinda pricey for the size, never spoke to the same person twice, getting their ads in my email now

Very comfortable stay. Perfect location for skiing and restaurants. It was very quiet and private which surprised us since it was a townhouse. Kids loved pool table and arcade - hot tub was perfect - magical with snow all around. Would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible vacation at Skis and Sandals! The community was peaceful and quiet. The home was perfect for our family of five. It was clean and well maintained with modern decor. The living space was so relaxing and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with essentials that allowed us to cook meals all week long. There are two lovely decorated bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a private bathroom and a balcony facing the lake. There is a small lake view from that balcony which was a pleasant surprise and was so nice to wake up to. I'm sure it's an incredible view in the winter! There is a 3rd bedroom downstairs with bunk beds, a loveseat, tv, and a bathroom in that hallway. There is also a nice sized laundry room at the bottom of those stairs. That bedroom is also used as a game room with a pool table and Pac-Man arcade game that includes many other games besides Pac-Man. The game room was perfect and kept our kids occupied and our whole family entertained. Off of that bedroom is the bottom level deck with a gas grill and hot tub. The location of the condo was perfect for us, close to a grocery store, gas station/convenient store, and fun family activities. The lake access was so close and convenient and we were able to enjoy the lake every day of our stay. The lake access is walking distance from the condo, which is great if you just have a bag and want to head down to the lake. But is only a two minute drive if you are bringing larger items with you. It also has a few picnic tables and open green space if you want to pack a lunch and spend the day down there. Highly recommend Skis and Sandals for all seasons and would love to stay there again next summer! Thank you, Railey and owners for a perfect vacation!
