Large rooms, plentiful seating, and warm comforts can be found throughout this spacious home. The garage-based game room is perfect for those rainy or snowy days or to just wind down after a busy day on and around the lake. Just outside, you’ll find an outdoor set-up to exceed even your wildest expectations, featuring a great lake-facing deck, as well as an outdoor dining set, fire pit, hot tub, private dock, and more! Located just 5 minutes from the four-season Wisp Resort, there is plenty to do all year round. There is nothing sweeter than the natural splendor of Swede’s Waters Edge, a place where every day is full of possibility and adventure. Looking for a little more room? Rent Ronnie's Retreat for some extra space!

It was our first time at Swedes (Ronnie's retreat) and we absolutely loved it. It was perfect for our group. The kids (and grown ups) loved the game room and hot tub especially. This house is VERY well stocked with games, kitchen accessories and the like. It is rather close to the main road and the houses are in close proximity to one another but we didn't notice. I would be curious if that is the same experience in the peak months. We will absolutely come again and enjoyed our long weekend get away.

This house was perfect for our family, with age range of 7-83. The view is unbeatable, as the house sits closer to the water than the neighbors. When you are sitting on the deck or near the water, you don't even notice other houses around. The house had all of the amenities in the listing, and so much more. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed, plus many extras. The kids loved the game room and the board games. The main living space is a great layout so everyone can hang out together. I LOVED the dock and sat in the chairs on the dock multiple times. It's best suited for a maximum of 2 couples, and the rest kids/teens/singles, as there are only 2 master bedrooms. Otherwise, one room has 4 beds (perfect for kids). The other has queen bunkbeds with pretty flimsy mattresses (best for singles or kids/teens), though it does have a really nice ensuite bathroom.

Great lake house

Outside of the weather, we had a great time. The house had plenty of room and we enjoyed keeping warm by the fireplace. Views of the lake are available from every room. The game room was awesome and there were plenty of board games to keep busy. We traveled late March 2024 and most businesses were closed. I would definitely come back during the summer as I’m sure the weather would be much nicer and we could do more outdoor activities.

Nice home, lots of space, great water views. All the TV's and internet access made it easy for everyone to find their own space when needed. The house is right off the main road so there is some traffic noise. Overall, a very nice place which lived up to the web description. We enjoyed ourselves.

We were here for my bachelorette party. We had such a great time. The house was amazing. The places we went to around the house were so much fun. We were located pretty close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again.
