Tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches, this home is complete with spacious living spaces and four bedrooms plus an extra bonus space! Embrace the easy, flat access to the water and walkability of the desired Blakeslee Community, ideal for family bike rides and morning dog walks. Conveniently across the front lawn is one of three community lake access points where adventure begins, from jumping off the dock or spending a day on the boat!

Enjoy your days soaking in the sun on the expansive upper deck or take in the serenity of the park-like setting relaxing on the lower covered deck. Unwind in the hot tub or hammock, while the kiddos and pups enjoy the spacious, level yard and lawn games. Evenings at the home can be magical with the expansive fire pit, stargazing, s’mores and stories around the campfire. Don't forget to enjoy the luxury community amenities which include an indoor pool, tennis-pickleball-basketball courts, playground, and a pool table, conveniently located just a short walk away!

Stuck inside on a rainy day? Gather in the den for some board games, air hockey, classic arcade games, and shuffleboard while your favorite shows and movies play on the TV and the rain falls outside. Kiddos will love the bonus room, furnished with their own TV, DVD player, books, toys, and puzzles. On chilly winter days and nights, set up the fire in the stunning stone fireplace in the living room and cozy up for a family movie night and hot cocoa while the snow falls softly outside the floor to ceiling windows.

ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access and dock slip (#49) are located across the front lawn and quiet community road at Dock #2. Lakeside parking is just minutes away at Dock #3. Please note docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Fishing is allowed all along the Blakeslee waterfront. Kayak and Paddle boards are available for rent and delivery to the home through High Mountain Sports. Contact High Mountain Sports for details.

This was the third house we have rented in that fall from Railey. We will definitely be returning to Tullamore. Great house, great location, great amenities. The house is in a community, so we were not afraid to take the dogs out at night, but the lots are large, so there is privacy.

This was our second year in a row that we stayed at Tullamore. The homes amenities were plentiful. We enjoyed playing air hockey, shuffleboard, and the arcade games. We enjoyed having the outdoor box under the deck which was filled with many outdoor games and activity items. Pickle ball racket and balls are a great item to have available. The area is awesome for walks around the neighborhood with our Golden Retrievers. Loved the tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, and indoor swimming pool. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Love the hot tub! One of the better ones from a rental.

Everything was seamless.. check in was easy, the house was great, and while there were some concerns that “partial ac” wouldn’t be great during a heat wave, it was fantastic! Access to the dock was literally across the street and the massive front yard made it paradise for kids and our dog! The neighbors were friendly and getting to the grocery store and activities was so easy!! Thank you for making our vacation stress free!

Wow! Tullamore is awesome in every way. We’ve rented many houses at Deep Creek Lake over the past 30 years. We were very impressed with the furnishings, cleanliness, mattress comfort, and overall amenities (details that I have never seen before in a rental…supplied with laundry detergent, aluminum foil, baggies, every kitchen gadget and tool). All were greatly appreciated! They have thought of everything. The basement activities were much enjoyed during the rain. And the binder of area recommendations was very useful. The covered hot tub was fantastic in the rain. And vacation was complete with the addition of our dog. A great big shout out to all your thoughtful details… we appreciate you!! Very obvious that much thought was put into opening your home to guests.

We had a fabulous weekend! The lake house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. We enjoyed the games, outdoor seating and fire pit, as well as the hot tub. The neighborhood is a nice size to take walks and the lake is a short distance from the house. There are many restaurants nearby as well as hiking opportunities. We will enjoy this lake house again!

We had a wonderful stay at Tullamore! The house was so well equipped with everything we could need for a long winter weekend. It was clean and hospitable and we so appreciated it being pet friendly. The owners take so much pride in their home and it shows.. We loved the house , the beautiful property and the neighborhood definitely plan to be back.

We spent Thanksgiving week at this rental. I cannot say enough about the thoughtfulness of the owners. They tried to anticipate the renters needs and succeeded. Everyone had a great time in the game room basement - shuffle board, Game Center, air hockey, and board games. Wonderful place to bring your dog with a dog crate. The hot tub was large and wonderful. It’s right across the street from the lake. The family enjoyed hiking the neighborhood and trails. There was plenty of seating in the living room for all the adults and kids. To top it all off, so tastefully decorated, not too much, just right.

I stayed here with a big family group over the Christmas holiday. This home is absolutely beautiful! It's large and spacious. We enjoyed every minute of it! They even decked the halls with lovely Christmas decorations. I'm glad that we brought a whole lot of food with us because I didn't really see any food places in the area. Other than that, this home is top tier in my opinion from the top floor to the basement. And yes, there is a bunch of deer browsing around which makes for an even prettier backdrop. We will be back!

Spacious home with many updates that is meticulously clean. Plenty of bedrooms and oversized bathrooms can accommodate large family or gathering of friends. Cozy fireplace for snowy wintry days and wrap around deck for outdoor entertaining in the summer. Lower level offers fun games for kids and adults too! Large yard is perfect for active games during the day and relaxing fire pit at night. Lots of walkability in the quiet community with easy access to lake and boat slips.

The Tullamore home had much to offer to keep us entertained. The outdoor areas had lots of seating and a nice firepit. We loved the hot tub, which was one of the nicest we have seen for a rental. Plenty of TVs, although previous renters had locked out some of the popular streaming apps with parental passwords. I could not get around them to watch some of our favorites. When we arrived the kitchen was on the dirtier side. The pots and pans and cooking utensils could have been replaced or added. Luckily we bring extra pans with us. We were also left with an empty propane tank on the grill. Ran out of gas on our first night cooking burgers and had to finish on the stove. They brought us a new tankful of propane the next day.

Thank you for taking the time out to leave us a review Thomas! We apologize for the inconvenience concerning the tv's, propane and and condition of the kitchen. We do try to ensure that the propane tank is full for new rentals, however we are only human and we do miss our mark. In the future please do not hesitate to call into our office and we will quickly send out a tech of ours to replace the propane tank, or you may purchase a tank of your own and we will reimburse you! Also, we will be sure to pass this information along to our homeowners who do intend on replacing the worn pots, pans, and cooking utensils for future stays. Otherwise it's wonderful to hear that you and your family had an enjoyable time and we hope to see you again soon! Madison, Railey Vacations

House was great! Kitchen was so well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Loved the games, shuffleboard, air hockey, and arcade games. Our family loved playing Ms. Pac-Man. Perfect for a competitive family. We enjoyed S’mores around the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub. We have already booked again for next summer!!

So much to do (shuffleboard, air hockey, arcade, games). Kitchen was well equipped! Air conditioning worked extremely well! Beautiful lot. Lots of outdoor seating. Directly across from path to lake. Bathrooms were gorgeous. Overall just a beautiful home and well stocked!

Our family stayed at Tullamore the week of June 18th. This house definitely deserves a good review. This house is one of the most equipped homes that we have stayed in. Plenty of games inside to keep us entertained when it rained. You can tell the owners take pride in their home with the personal touches, including decorations and flowers outside. We felt like we were in a deer sanctuary. I grew up in the country but honestly have never seen so many in one location. The house was clean, plenty of extra blankets, stacked kitchen, and good internet. The ice maker kept up with the 8 of us. Tullamore was a really nice house for a family vacation, close to the lake, short walk, and the house had great amenities!

Pulled up to a Winter Wonderland! Walked into a beautifully updated home (how do I not mention the master bath-wow!!), with the accommodations of a clean hotel! This rental made our lives so easy staying with our 4 children, young pet, and another family with kiddos. Every floor was decorated and included wall to wall entertainment for us all! This has officially become “our family lake house.” We are so grateful for the memories we have made and the photos to look back on. Ample parking, great proximity to lake and secluded enough to feel like a cabin in the woods. A++ We will be returning year after year!

We absolutely loved everything about the Tullamore with the exception of the parking situation. The house was very clean very well equipped all the dishes were spotless the bathrooms were sparkly, and the furnishings very comfortable.. are only complaint was that you could only have four cars in the driveway because of the HOA WHEN YOU COULD HAVE EASILY FIT 20 CARS AND WE HAD TO DRIVE 20 MINUTES AWAY EACH WAY FOR EXTRA PARKING

We're sorry to hear you had a negative experience regarding the available parking at Tullamore and while some restrictions on parking can be included per HOAs, this particular HOA is not the reason the parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Railey Vacations does have standards for parking based on the size/occupancy of the home - so while others in the area may allow for more cars, or the driveway may appear that it could accommodate more, the parking is limited based on the occupancy and size of that individual property. That said, we did take the opportunity to review the parking for this property after receiving your review and have decided we can go above the bedroom count to allow for 5 vehicles vs. the previous 4. We appreciate our guest's feedback as always and hope this change will give you some confidence in knowing that we do take that feedback seriously.

While we do always encourage overflow parking to park those vehicles at our main office in order to avoid any towing or fines, we've been notified by the owner that you're welcome to park an additional vehicle at the HOA building within the community so as to avoid the longer drive to our office from this home. We apologize this was not an option we were aware of prior to your stay.

Clean and a fabulous location to every place nearby. A gorgeous property with updated spacious rooms, private dock in clear view, huge yard, indoor pool and the electronics & indoor home activities were a family hit!!! Just wait until you see it!! The moment we left our kids asked when we could come back!! Our family had a fun-filled vacation in this updated cabin with beautiful views. We really appreciated the living areas that included games to play with our children. My kids especially enjoyed swimming in the community indoor pool. A short drive from the ski resorts and some beautiful parks made it an ideal cabin to spend our vacation. We can’t wait to go back in the summer to enjoy the lake.

We spent our Christmas Holiday at this place this year with our extended family and we all had a great time. The house is specious and our family of 12 felt comfortable during our stay. The house was clean, well furnished and decorated tastefully. We specially appreciated the Christmas decoration around the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked which made it easy to cook meals and prep breakfasts. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhoods and to the lake; also, enjoyed sitting around the firepit and making s'more in the evening. Overall, we loved our time in this cabin and we would go back again!

Good house with close proximity to the lake. Definitely better suited for a summer rental due to this proximity, but did the job for our group over the New Years' holiday. Bathrooms are out of date but function well as needed. Basement renovations and upgraded appliance are a great touch! Kitchen sink is old school (no garbage disposal), which makes doing dishes challenging, but we made it work. We liked the open concept and ample seating!
